Recruitment Administrator – Kristen Shelley
Kristen Shelley is our Recruitment Administrator, and is responsible for managing the advertising of all of our job vacancies. Her role also includes providing support to the other members of the Just Automotive Recruitment team. As recruitment administrator, Kristen assists by conducting database searches ,reference checks for suitable candidates and undertaking phone screens where needed.
Holding a Bachelor of Business with a Major in Human Resource Management, Kristen has over 8 years’ HR experience gained primarily in the Mining Industry. With her skills gained in generalist Human Resources, Kristens background has covered such areas as; performance management, recruitment, training & development, leadership & management coaching.
In her current role with Just Automotive Recruitment, Kristen is expanding on her existing skills gaining a more external client focus, and is enjoying both the role and the great working environment at Just Automotive Recruitment.
