Foreman
Lead a team of 8 technicians, manage daily workshop operations, and help grow the team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring, staying hands-on, and driving productivity.
- Key Details:
- Salary: up to $90,000 + vehicle, phone & laptop
- 50-80% productive / remainder management & mentoring
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, some Saturday overtime
- Previous Foreman or Senior Technician experience
- Strong leadership & workshop management skills
- Truck diagnostics and repair expertise
- Confident communicator and team mentor
Mechanics
Work on heavy vehicles in a team that values quality, safety, and growth. We welcome experienced technicians already in Australia, including visa holders.
- Key Details:
- Hourly rate: $37–$40 (based on experience)
- Additional pay for: AC licence, Truck licence, or factory training
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, some Saturday overtime
- Qualified Heavy Vehicle Mechanic
- Truck repair and diagnostics experience
- Bonus: AC/Truck licence, factory certifications
- Visa holders in Australia welcome
