About the role
This role is an integral part of the workshop operation. Your role is to support a growing team of mechanics with parts for repairs being completed alongside two other parts interpreters

Duties 

• Back counter role dealing with workshop
• Assist mechanics in selecting and ordering the correct spare parts for their trucks.
• Provide accurate pricing and availability information for parts.
• Manage and organize inventory levels in small stores room.
• Process orders efficiently and accurately, prioritizing urgent requests.
• Collaborate closely with the service team to have parts delivered in a timely manner

Skills and experience 

• Must hold previous experience as a Truck Spare Parts Interpreter 
• Strong customer service and communication skills. 
• Exceptional attention to detail. 
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 
• Proficiency in computer systems and inventory management software. 
• Strong problem-solving abilities. 
• Heavy vehicle parts interpreting experience is essential.
