The Person

• Small engine general repairs and overhauling
• Ride on mower exp
• Motorcycle / ATV exp
• Exp working on a wide range of miscellaneous outdoor power equipment
• Ability to use diagnostic tools effectively and interpret technical manuals.
• Attention to detail and ability to perform precise and accurate repairs.
• Problem-solving skills to diagnose complex mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy equipment and perform tasks in various weather conditions.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues professionally.

The Role

• Conduct thorough inspections of small engines to identify mechanical issues and determine the root cause of problems.
• Perform repairs on small engines, including but not limited to replacing defective parts, adjusting components, and conducting routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, and tune-ups.
• Identify necessary parts and materials for repairs, maintain an inventory of supplies, and ensure adequate stock levels.
• Test repaired engines to verify proper functioning and adherence to performance standards. 
• Maintain accurate records of all repairs, services performed, and parts used.
• Interact with customers to discuss equipment issues, provide repair recommendations, and offer estimates for services. 

• 1 Full-Time position available
• $70,000-$85,000 per annum
• Location: NSW
