We offer permanent recruitment services, sourcing both local and international candidates. We can also arrange psychometric testing to help ensure you have the right person in the right position. From start to finish, we professionally manage the recruitment process for you. Our services include sourcing candidates both locally and internationally, interviewing and short listing as well as comprehensive reference checking.
Permanent Recruitment
- We manage the recruitment process from start to finish, and utilise a range of sources to find the candidates for your role. From local advertising, our extensive database and social media talent pooling.
- We screen and interview qualified applicants before we submit the resume to you. These days all of our interviews are done using technology to ensure the fastest turnaround possible.
- Detailed reference checks are also undertaken on candidates, usually this takes place prior to the offer being made.
Medicals/Drug & Alcohol screening
