Duties
- Managing and scheduling repair bookings for customers
- Creating repair orders and progressing through the workshop
- Keeping customers updated throughout on repairs, providing quotes for additional work as/when required
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and operators, answering customer queries via phone, email and in person
- Ideal for truck mechanics looking to switch roles
- Be part of a team that values your truck knowledge
Skills and experience
- Truck or heavy vehicle experience
- Familiar with Volvo Fusion (or willing to learn)
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Organised and confident with job planning
