Our client is a family-owned specialist caravan and trailer repair business based in Miranda, with over 30 years of industry experience. The business services, repairs and modifies caravans, camper trailers, boat trailers, horse floats and other towable vehicles, supported by a multi-trade team of qualified automotive professionals.   
  
About the role 
Just Automotive Recruitment is searching for a Welder/Fabricator to join a busy workshop working on a wide range of trailer, caravan and custom fabrication projects. 
  
Duties 

• Perform welding, fabrication and structural repairs across trailers and caravans 
• Carry out custom modifications, repairs and fabrication work to a high standard 
• Work with steel and aluminium across a variety of projects 
• Complete insurance and retail repair work as required 
• Collaborate with mechanics, auto electricians and other trades to deliver complete repairs 

Skills and experience 

• Previous experience as a Welder/Fabricator in an automotive, trailer or similar environment 
• Strong welding and fabrication skills with the ability to work independently 
• Experience working with steel, aluminium and structural components 
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship 
• Automotive, caravan, trailer or body-building experience highly regarded
