About the role
Join our client as a detail-oriented and motivated Service Administrator in a vital back-of-house support role. If you’re a Service Advisor or ex-Technician looking for a change of pace, this could be the perfect next step in your career!
Duties
- Process repair orders and generate invoices for retail, internal, and warranty customers
- Provide general administrative support to the service department
- No customer-facing duties – this is a behind-the-scenes role
- Basic understanding of service and warranty processes required
- Experience in either light vehicle or truck servicing is welcome
- Knowledge of EraPower DMS is a bonus, but not essential
- Ongoing training and career development for the right candidate
Skills and experience
- Experience as a Service or parts Advisor, or background as a Technician
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to support tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Keen to grow and progress within a supportive, dynamic environment
