About the role 
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in Stock Control, Transport logistics or supply chain? We are looking for a Dealer Support Coordinator to join the team, bringing a customer-first approach to support the internal dealer network. This role is crucial in maintaining the supply chain and ensuring dealerships receive exceptional support and service. 

Duties 

• Coordinate orders and logistics, ensuring accurate and efficient stock and vehicle movements. 
• Provide outstanding support to the dealer network, assisting with system access, onboarding, and day-to-day enquiries. 
• Collaborate with suppliers to arrange transport and monitor KPIs for smooth vehicle deliveries. 
• Assist with essential reporting, invoicing, and administrative tasks in the Supply Chain Department. 
• Other ad hoc duties as required 

Skills and experience 

• Experience in Stock Control, logistics, or supply chain management within the automotive industry. 
• Strong computer and ERP skills (experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar is advantageous). 
• Resilience and the ability to stay focused and composed, even under pressure. 
• A well-presented, polite, and adaptable personality who builds strong professional relationships. 
• Positive can-do team player attitude 
• Exceptional attention to detail and a knack for problem-solving.
