About the role  
Join a brand-new workshop as an Accessories Fitter, installing trays, canopies, and 4WD accessories with precision. Enjoy a 4-day week, great pay, and clear career growth in a friendly, outdoors-loving team. 

Duties 

• Professionally fit aluminium trays, canopies, and 4WD or ute accessories with precision. 
• Safely handle sensors, cameras, radar units, and wiring, coordinating recalibration when needed. 
• Deliver installations that meet or exceed company standards using high-quality materials. 
• Keep the workshop clean, organized, and safe at all times. 
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers for smooth, timely installs. 
• Maintain consistent performance and meet targets to progress through the career pathway. 

Skills and experience 

• Proven mechanical experience in a workshop, especially with 4WDs and utes. 
• Strong understanding of fitting procedures, sensor wiring, mounting systems, and accessory integration. 
• Work precisely and safely with attention to detail on valuable vehicles and systems. 
• Hold a current and valid driver’s licence. 
• Communicate effectively and work well as a team to support processes and customer satisfaction. 
• Keen to learn, adapt to new technologies, and maintain high safety and quality standards.
