With a strong local reputation and supportive team environment, they provide hands-on customer service and tailored automotive accessory solutions to both retail and trade customers.
About the role
Just Automotive Recruitment is searching for an Automotive Accessories Salesperson to join a busy and growing automotive accessories business in Brookvale, NSW.
Duties
- Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins while delivering exceptional customer service
- Assist customers with roof racks, towbars, and automotive accessory solutions, including upselling suitable products
- Manage warm leads through the CRM pipeline, qualifying customer needs and providing technical product advice
- Liaise with suppliers, order products, and coordinate stock, bookings, and fitment schedules with the workshop team
- Follow jobs through from initial enquiry to installation while building strong repeat customer relationships
Skills and experience
- Strong interest in automotive, 4WD, or vehicle accessories with the ability to learn technical product information
- Previous automotive industry experience preferred, including accessory fitting, parts interpreting, or automotive sales backgrounds
- Strong communication and customer service skills, comfortable dealing with both retail and trade customers
- Good computer skills with experience using CRM systems and managing multiple jobs simultaneously
- Ambitious, organised, and motivated to grow long-term within a supportive business environment on the Northern Beaches
