Our client is looking for a Customer Support & Warranty Assist to execute customer satisfaction (CSI) surveys via phone, email/online and other inbound and outbound activities between dealers & customers. Provide accurate assistance to the warranty department in claim lodgments and adjudication.
Duties
- Perform service CSI calls
- Record scoring & verbatim feedback into the CRM system
- Update customer contact information
- Email Dealers regarding ‘at risk’ and ‘general action’ items
- Escalate customer complaints to the Department Manager of Customer Support
- Support customer experience and other departments with inbound and outbound activities
- Review, prepare and submit warranty claims
- Communicate claim status, resolutions, and regular updates to Warranty Administrator
- Assist in handling and resolving claim corrections and invoicing
Skills and experience
- Automotive Industry and Dealership experience essential
- Motivated individual with strong relationship-building skills
- 2+ years’ experience with outbound contact center desired
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team
- Promote a high standard of customer service
- Intermediate – Advanced understanding of the Microsoft Office suite
