About the role 
Just Automotive Recruitment is searching for a Dealer Support Coordinator (Automotive) to join the team in Caringbah, NSW. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to make a real impact by supporting dealers and ensuring smooth supply chain operations. 
  
Duties 

  • Deliver outstanding support to the customer network by responding to enquiries, processing system requests, and providing system training and onboarding.  
  • Manage procurement of local build components from external suppliers for direct vehicle sales. 
  • Coordinate domestic transportation (planned and ad-hoc) with suppliers, monitor efficiency and KPIs, and arrange vehicle movements.  
  • Support monthly internal sales processes including stock allocation, wholesales reporting, and invoice processing.  
  • Assist with twice-yearly full vehicle stock takes and RAV submissions. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, body builders, and transportation partners to achieve the best outcomes for the business.  
  • Provide general administration and project support to the Supply Chain department as required 

Skills and experience  

  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, procurement, or vehicle delivery coordination.  
  • Proven proficiency in ERP systems and Intermediate Microsoft Excel with high data-entry accuracy. 
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.  
  • Strong customer-first mindset with the ability to handle pressure and fast-paced situations.  
  • Professional, well-presented, and resilient – comfortable working in a dynamic environment where things can occasionally get busy or grey.  
  • Automotive or high‑value goods supply chain background will be highly regarded. 
  • Experience with Delivery Management systems or similar is valued. 
  • A genuine “happy‑to‑help” attitude, aligned with respect, customer partnership, continuous improvement, and teamwork, will make you stand out.
