About the role
Just Automotive Recruitment is searching for an experienced Zone Manager to oversee daily operations, scheduling, and team performance for a busy mobile automotive service division based in Silverwater, NSW.
Duties
- Manage daily scheduling and job allocation for mobile technicians, apprentices, and workshop staff
- Coordinate operational changes, rescheduling, and purchase orders to ensure smooth workflow management
- Act as the key contact for technicians and customers, handling escalations, updates, and high-volume communication
- Lead team performance through coaching, support, performance management, and operational KPI monitoring
Skills and experience
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and support field-based teams
- Mechanical understanding or previous automotive/trade industry exposure highly regarded
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced operations environment
- Strong computer, scheduling, and customer service skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
