About the role
Join a leading truck OEM in a national role supporting fleet organisations across Australia with all things aftersales. If you have experience dealing with FMOs or with other automotive businesses at a high level and consider yourself able to think on your feet and solve problems, we would love to hear from you!
Duties
- Manage and maintain relationships with national fleet customers, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction
- Provide technical and operational support to fleet sales teams, including service cost analysis and maintenance solutions
- Coordinate and assist with fleet-related projects, helping drive operational efficiency and customer outcomes
- Attend customer meetings, industry events, and fleet functions across Australia
- Work closely with dealer networks and workshop teams to resolve service issues and minimise vehicle downtime
- Please note some travel is required; approx. 3-4 nights per month away from home. Flexibility around how this is structured.
Skills and experience
- Mechanical trade background with strong technical knowledge of vehicle servicing and maintenance
- Experience managing fleet customers, service operations, or aftersales support within the automotive or transport industry
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer literacy with confidence using business systems and reporting tools
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills with the ability to work autonomously
