Foreman / Mechanic – Queanbeyan, NSW
- $90-100k base salary + bonus + super (DOE)
- No weekend stress: Workshop closed on Sundays – guaranteed day off
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with optional Saturday overtime

About the role
Our client’s team is growing and they’re looking for an experienced professional to lead their busy workshop. Whether you’re a hands-on leader or a skilled technician ready for your next move, this is a great opportunity to be part of a well-established team.
Key Details:
- Able to supervise and mentor workshop staff, assisting with repairs as/when required
- Communicate with service, parts and sales departments to ensure seamless customer service across departments
- Sound knowledge of the heavy vehicle industry
- 50% productive – work towards a full time, off-the-tools role
- Previous Foreman or Senior Technician experience desirable not essential
- Auto electrical and/or air conditioning experience desirable
- Diagnostic skills including the use of scan tools and electrical test equipment essential
