About the role
Just Automotive Recruitment is seeking an experienced Group Fleet Manager to drive fleet sales performance across multiple dealership locations in Sydney. This autonomous role is responsible for developing fleet opportunities, managing key customer relationships and delivering strong sales results across several automotive brands
Duties
- Develop and grow fleet sales opportunities across multiple automotive brands.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, government, and business fleet customers.
- Achieve sales targets of approximately 40 fleet units per month across the brand portfolio.
- Manage the end-to-end fleet sales process from enquiry through to vehicle delivery.
- Collaborate with administration and stock control teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Skills and experience
- Proven experience in automotive fleet, wholesale or business-to-business vehicle sales.
- Strong relationship building and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Technical automotive knowledge with the ability to understand customer requirements.
- Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously across multiple dealership locations.
