About the role
We are recruiting multiple positions for a Mechanic, and a Tyre Fitter / Wheel Aligner. If you are looking for a change and a new opportunity, then hit apply!
Duties
Mechanics:
- Deliver high-quality service to customers in a busy workshop environment
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and servicing on a variety of makes and models (Euro experience desirable)
- Handle engine and transmission replacements, lift kits, exhausts, and more
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment, and provide exceptional customer service
Tyre Fitters:
- Fit and balance a wide range of tyres for various vehicle types
- Perform wheel alignments to manufacturer specifications
- Diagnose and repair tyre issues, including punctures and tyre wear problems
- Ensure proper tyre pressure, rotation, and alignment to optimize vehicle performance
Skills and experience
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in mechanical servicing and repairs across various vehicle types
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- Experience with air conditioning systems (re-gassing desirable; paid upskilling available)
- Expertise in tyre fitting, balancing, and wheel alignments
- Honesty, integrity, and a strong work ethic
- Excellent time management, team collaboration, and customer rapport-building skills
Benefits
- Competitive Hourly Rate: $30.00 – $50.00 + OT available (commensurate with experience)
- Full-Time Position: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm
