About the role
Reporting to the Department Manager, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently servicing, diagnosing, and repairing vehicles. Fitting accessories to 4wd vehicles, wheel alignments, tyre fitting, air conditioning system repairs.
Duties
- Carry out routine servicing of vehicles
- Perform Diagnosis and rectify electronic and mechanical problems.
- Conduct final road test (Quality Control) when requested.
- Ensure that all repair orders are in line with guidelines
- Install 4X4 accessories.
Skills and experience
- A relevant trade qualification – Trade Qualified Mechanic
- Experience working in an automotive service environment, 4×4 experience highly desirable
- Auto Electricians and 4×4 Accessory fitters welcome to apply.
- A strong work ethic
- A current driver’s licence
- Excellent time management skills
- Committed and motivated
- Applicant must be an Australian Resident / Citizen
