About the role
Looking for variety, flexibility, and a friendly team? This all-rounder admin role lets you take charge of freight, phone calls, data entry, and front counter service — all in a supportive and relaxed environment.
Duties
- Book freight and coordinate deliveries with suppliers
- Answer incoming calls and manage overflow from interpreters
- Follow up on purchase orders, freight tracking, and miscellaneous supplies
- Handle credit card and petty cash transactions, including reconciliations and till balancing
- Enter all invoices and supplier orders into the system accurately and promptly
- Maintain a clean and organised parts area
- Assist customers at the front counter and manage reordering of merchandise
- Process credits and returns from suppliers
- Collaborate with a small, friendly team of around 6 technicians
Skills and experience
- No formal qualifications needed – we value experience and a great attitude
- Background in warehousing, retail, or the automotive trade is a plus
- A confident communicator with a friendly, professional phone manner
- Organised and reliable, with the ability to manage day-to-day admin tasks
- Comfortable with data entry, basic systems, and handling petty cash
- Happy to pitch in with general housekeeping and support the team wherever needed
