About the role
This position would suit an individual looking to progress their career to the next stage or an experienced manager looking to add success to a fantastic business with a great team. The right candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the parts department.

Duties

• Maintaining accurate records of inventory, sales and customer transactions using our software system,
• Monitor inventory levels of standard stock items to ensure adequate stock is available to meet customer needs,
• Collaborate with service technicians and sales to identify and source required parts
• Provide exceptional customer service

Skills and experience

• Experience in the mechanical or parts field in a similar position,
• Strong organisational and inventory management skills
• Parts management, vendor management,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
• Experience in parts and materials within the automotive industry
• Strong understanding of safety requirements,
• Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Great attitude and a fun personality are a must!
