About the role
In this role, you’ll use your mechanical know-how and exceptional customer service skills to support both the workshop and external customers with parts solutions. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering precise advice and professional assistance.
Duties
- Providing outstanding customer service at the counter and over the phone.
- Managing parts sales and inquiries efficiently and accurately
- Preparing detailed quotes and processing orders. · Promoting and upselling products. · Upholding workplace health and safety standards.
Skills and experience
- Experience as a Parts Interpreter is a must, ideally in the heavy vehicle, light vehicle, or plant industries.
- A good mechanical aptitude and a passion for problem-solving.
- Familiarity with inventory systems and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- A valid driver’s license (forklift license is a bonus!).

- Flexibility: Choose between Monday-Friday shifts: 8:00 am – 4:06 pm or 8:54 am – 5:00 pm.
- Rostered Saturdays: Only 1 per month.
