About the role
Lead the way as our new parts manager! With full operational control, you will be responsible for driving profitability and efficiency through the parts department by supporting the workshop and front of house teams.
Duties
- Manage day to day operations of the parts department.
- Maintain stock and inventory levels to support workshop efficiency.
- Liaise with workshop and front of house teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- Guide and mentor a small team of parts interpreters.
- Develop strategies to increase parts sales through the workshop.
- Build and maintain relationships with multiple suppliers and OEMs
- Ensure Parts Department is always tidy and maintained to a high standard.
Skills and experience
- Minimum 5 years hands on experience in a Parts Department
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in computer systems and inventory management software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Current driver’s license HR/HC license desirable but not essential.
