About the role

Duties 

• Perform servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide range of agricultural equipment, including tractors, telehandlers, and implements 
• Carry out maintenance and repairs on sprayers, mulchers, and other tractor attachments 
• Conduct both minor and major mechanical work, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained 
• Complete electrical and air conditioning diagnostics and repairs (if suitably qualified) 
• Work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break (40-hour work week, very little overtime) 
• Accurately document work performed and liaise with the service team to maintain workflow efficiency 
• Adhere to safety procedures and manufacturer specifications at all times 
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workshop cleanliness 
• Work collaboratively with other technicians and staff to ensure timely job completion 
• Visa holders are welcome to apply; temporary accommodation may be available if needed 

Skills and experience 

• Trade-qualified mechanic with relevant certifications 
• Hands-on experience servicing and repairing agricultural equipment, including tractors, telehandlers, and related machinery 
• Solid knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems 
• Confident in performing both minor and major repairs independently 
• Familiarity with implements, sprayers, mulchers, and other tractor attachments is highly advantageous 
• Auto electrical and air conditioning experience is a plus, but not essential 
• Valid driver’s licence required 
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset, suited to a small workshop environment 
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining safety and quality standards 
• Willingness to work a stable Monday to Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week) 
• Open to experienced visa holders – relocation support and temporary housing may be available
