About the role
We are looking for a Registration and Accounts Clerk superstar to join the prestigious team in Woollooomooloo, providing accounts support, customer service and assistance to the Director. This is a pivotal role and will suit someone with prior experience in a similar field and industry.

Duties

• Respond promptly and efficiently to internal and external customer queries.
• Support our Finance Administration and Sales team
• Accounts payable and receivables
• Complete bank reconciliation
• Communicating with the sales team about vehicle delivery
• Preparing vehicle registrations
• Liaising with external suppliers to ensure timely coordination of new vehicle movements
• Ad-hoc duties as required.

Skills and experience

• Prior experience in the automotive sector essential
• Must have Account administration experience
• Willingness to learn and adapt to dynamic office environments across finance, and automotive
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
• MYOB, Easy-Car and Easy-Cash Knowledge are advantageous.
• Excellent computer skills
• Possess excellent communication, organisation and time management skills

Benefits

• Monday – Friday (40hr Week)
• Permanent full-time position
• Attractive salary on offer is $60,000 – $80,000 + Super based on applicants experience.
