About the role
Reporting to the branch manager – the salesperson responsibility is to provide a superior level of service to customers seeking to purchase accessories. The primary function is to engage with Vehicle owners, Branch management, 4×4 Technicians, to address queries, place bookings and ensure job on each vehicle is executed and delivered on time.
Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Handle quotes, telephone inquiries and sales.
- Create and process repair orders.
- Generate accurate invoices and reports for service customers.
- Monitor service times to ensure the timely completion of vehicles.
- Monitor and update the bookings to meet business needs.
- General admin duties.
Skills and experience
- A very strong customer service ethic
- The ability to work as a member of a team
- The drive and ambition to grow and develop within the business
- A passion for four-wheel drives
- Understanding of different vehicle makes and models.
- Strong computer skills
- High attention to detail
- Experience in automotive or 4×4 accessories is highly regarded.
Benefits
- Base Salary $70,000 – $80,000 + Super + Monthly Bonus
