About the role
Join a prestige dealership as a Sales Executive, taking charge of the full sales process from showroom experience to aftercare. With achievable targets and a supportive management team, this role is ideal for a driven professional who thrives in a high-performance, customer-focused environment.
Duties
- Engage with customers by welcoming them, understanding their needs, and delivering a premium showroom experience.
- Present, demonstrate, and negotiate effectively to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including contracts, finance, and delivery paperwork, ensuring full compliance.
- Maintain vehicle displays and ensure all stock is presented to the highest prestige standards.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager and team to meet dealership goals and deliver outstanding results.
- Provide exceptional aftercare and follow-up support to enhance the ownership experience and customer satisfaction.
Skills and experience
- Minimum 2 years’ sales experience – prestige automotive preferred, though high-performing volume sales backgrounds will be considered.
- Confident, professional communicator with the ability to engage and build trust with high-value clients.
- Strong personal presentation and polished showroom manner.
- Competitive drive, resilience, and a commitment to consistently achieving sales targets.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail across all aspects of the sales process.
- Technical knowledge or mechanical aptitude will be highly regarded.
- Current and valid driver’s licence is essential.
