About the role
Just Automotive Recruitment is searching for a Sales & OE Support Rep – Commercial Vehicle Components based in Arndell Park, NSW. Once fully trained, the successful candidate will manage a dedicated territory across NSW, with regular client visits and regional travel. This is a stable, relationship-focused role with clear career progression opportunities.
Duties
- Client Relationship Management
- Act as the main point of contact for existing clients
- Support customers with new product enquiries, supply issues, and parts issues
- Manage the full customer experience from order through delivery
- Provide updates, set schedules, and keep customers informed
- Sales & Business Development
- Prospect and bring on new clients.
- Work from an existing database provided by the company.
- Handle both internal and external sales functions.
- Process orders and coordinate logistics.
- Territory Management
- Travel to visit clients approximately every 4–5 weeks, typically away for one week at a time.
- Attend relevant industry shows and events.
Skills and experience
- Strong technical/mechanical background is essential
- Suitable for: Service Managers with mechanical experience, Senior Parts Interpreters, experienced mechanics ready to transition off the tools, or those already in technical sales/support roles
- Strong client-facing experience
- Conflict resolution skills
- Relationship-building mindset
