About the role
Step into a leadership role where luxury meets performance. As Selling Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force on the showroom floor, leading from the front, shaping a high-performing team, and delivering a prestige customer experience that sets the standard in the industry.
Duties
- Lead by example on the showroom floor engaging with customers, running deals, and inspiring your team to perform at their best
- Take ownership of the site’s success driving results, managing stock levels, and ensuring smooth daily operations
- Build and mentor a winning team coaching Sales Executives and Yard Staff to grow skills and deliver consistent performance
- Set the standard for prestige making sure the site, the vehicles, and the people always reflect a luxury brand image
- Champion a customer-first approach creating solutions that work across sites and ensuring every client enjoys a premium experience
- Drive sales momentum turning stock into results while maintaining outstanding service and profitability
Skills and experience
- Proven sales management experience within automotive ideally from luxury or prestige brands
- Strong background in retail automotive sales with a history of exceeding targets
- Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a small team in a hands-on environment
- Highly professional presentation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational ability and attention to detail with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset thriving in a group culture rather than siloed performance
- Current driver’s licence
