Are you a highly skilled and experienced Service Advisor or mechanic ready to take the next step in your career? Our client is a trusted leader in the trucking industry, looking for a dedicated professional to join their team as a Senior Truck Service Advisor 

About the role 
As an experienced Senior Truck Service Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional service for our valued customers. 

Duties 

• Provide exceptional customer service across all channels, including written, phone, and face-to-face interactions.  
• Create customer appointments and book all service, maintenance, and repair work efficiently. 
• Managing check-ins and check-outs for truck servicing. 
• Monitor vehicle progress throughout the day and provide regular updates to customers.  
• Preparing and providing accurate quotes and invoices. 
• Dealing with and completing warranty claim adjudication and informing customers of expected costs and warranty coverage 
• Work collaboratively with the service team, workshop staff, and parts department to meet customer needs effectively. 

Skills and experience 

• Has proven experience in a service advisor or technical role, preferably in the trucking or heavy vehicle industry. 
• Is capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.  
• Demonstrates a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.  
• Dedication to customer satisfaction and service requirements 
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills 
• Strong time management skills  
• The ability to problem solve and think on your feet 
• Must be an Australian Resident or Citizen with full working rights.

• A competitive salary package: $85,000 – $100,000 + super & Uncapped commission.

• Monday to Friday hours (8:00 am – 5:00 pm) and every second Saturday.
