About the role
Just Automotive Recruitment is searching for an experienced Service Advisor to manage the complete customer journey within a busy multi-brand dealership in Artarmon.
Duties
- Manage customers from booking and vehicle reception through to repair authorisation, invoicing and follow-up.
- Process 10–15 repair orders per day while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Record customer concerns and job details accurately in ERA, coordinating closely with technicians and the workshop.
- Provide clear estimates, explain recommended repairs and confidently manage customer expectations.
- Handle retail, fleet and commercial customers professionally, including difficult or commercially sensitive conversations.
Skills and experience
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership or high-volume workshop.
- Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of repair orders.
- Strong communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.
- Confident handling challenging customer and commercial conversations.
- Experience with ERA, Triage and Podium is highly regarded, with training available.

- $70K–$80K base + super + commission | $100K OTE
