About the role
This role focuses on delivering exceptional end-to-end service support after bookings are made, with full training and growth opportunities provided.
Duties
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring a premium and professional service experience.
- Manage service bookings, job scheduling, and workshop workflow.
- Clearly explain repair and service requirements to customers, providing accurate cost estimates and timelines.
- Liaise between technicians and customers to ensure clear communication on vehicle status, additional work, and approvals.
- Handle warranty claims, invoicing, and service documentation accurately.
- Proactively follow up with customers regarding service reminders, satisfaction, and future needs.
- Uphold brand standards and contribute to delivering a first-class customer experience.
Skills and experience
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is highly desirable – though the right attitude and drive to succeed are essentials!
- Strong knowledge of light vehicle systems and functions, with the ability to confidently explain technical issues in customer-friendly terms.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Computer literacy with dealership management systems (e.g., ERA, Autoline, Reynolds) or similar.
- Professional presentation and a strong customer-focused mindset.
- Current driver’s licence.
