About the role

Duties 

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering a professional, friendly, and premium service experience. 
• Coordinate service bookings, schedule jobs, and manage workshop workflow to ensure efficiency and timely completion. 
• Clearly explain repair and maintenance requirements, providing transparent cost estimates and realistic timelines. 
• Act as the communication link between technicians and customers, keeping clients updated on vehicle progress, additional work, and necessary approvals. 
• Accurately process warranty claims, prepare invoices, and maintain all service-related documentation. 
• Proactively follow up with customers regarding service reminders, feedback, and future maintenance needs. 
• Uphold brand standards and contribute to creating a first-class customer journey from start to finish. 

Skills and experience 

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Automotive Technician (prestige dealership background highly regarded but not essential). 
• Solid understanding of light vehicle systems and functions, with the ability to translate technical information into clear, customer-friendly language. 
• Exceptional communication, organisational, and customer service skills. 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail. 
• Proficiency with dealership management systems (e.g., ERA, Autoline, Reynolds) or similar software. 
• Professional presentation, strong interpersonal skills, and a customer-first approach. 
• A current and valid driver’s licence. 

Benefits 

• Competitive base salary of $75,000 – $80,000 (depending on experience).
