The Person
- Small engine general repairs and overhauling
- Ride on mower exp
- Motorcycle / ATV exp
- Exp working on a wide range of miscellaneous outdoor power equipment
- Ability to use diagnostic tools effectively and interpret technical manuals.
- Attention to detail and ability to perform precise and accurate repairs.
- Problem-solving skills to diagnose complex mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy equipment and perform tasks in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues professionally.
The Role
- Conduct thorough inspections of small engines to identify mechanical issues and determine the root cause of problems.
- Perform repairs on small engines, including but not limited to replacing defective parts, adjusting components, and conducting routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, and tune-ups.
- Identify necessary parts and materials for repairs, maintain an inventory of supplies, and ensure adequate stock levels.
- Test repaired engines to verify proper functioning and adherence to performance standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs, services performed, and parts used.
- Interact with customers to discuss equipment issues, provide repair recommendations, and offer estimates for services.

- $70,000-$85,000 PA
- Location: NSW
