About the role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Spare Parts Interpreter to join their team. If you have experience in parts interpreting, this could be your next career opportunity!
Duties
As the Spare Parts Interpreter, you will:
- Provide expert advice on our extensive product range.
- Identify part numbers and process customer orders efficiently.
- Deliver accurate price and availability quotations.
- Support sales, workshop, and warehouse teams.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and industry personnel.
- Participate in stock management, job card processing, and inventory tasks.
- Previous experience as a parts interpreter (heavy vehicle sector highly regarded).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- A willingness to learn and develop product knowledge.
- Current NSW Driver’s Licence.
- Forklift licence (preferred but not essential—training will be provided).
- Competitive salary: $80,000 - $85,000 + super
- Full-time, permanent position (Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm).
