Our client is a mid-sized truck dealership operating from a very modern, well-equipped facility in Melbourne's west. They are a long-term authorized dealer for a full range of Trucks and buses.
About the role
Our client is seeking an experienced Truck Parts Interpreter role for a fulltime position. This position is serving customers at the front and back counter and over the phone.
Duties
- Responsible for Parts Sales (Front and Back Counter)
- Engage with customers through various platforms
- Developing effective parts solutions for both internal and external customers
- Manage inventory
- Conduct stock-takes / cycle counts with a high level of accuracy
- Receiving and dispatching of goods for both local and interstate customers
- Previous experience in automotive spare parts interpreting and or warehousing preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good level of computer literacy and ability
- A good mechanical aptitude with attention to detail
- A forklift licence preferred but not essential

- $65,000 – 72,000 depending on exp
