About the role 
As the Parts Manager, you’ll oversee the sales and profitability of parts and accessories, ensuring high customer satisfaction and smooth operations across retail and fleet sales. Duties 
Key responsibilities include: 

• Sales & Strategy: Develop and implement marketing plans, set sales targets, and monitor profit trends.  
• Customer Engagement: Build relationships with walk-ins, phone/email inquiries, and trade customers.  
• Operational Excellence: Manage inventory, warehouse operations, and freight logistics. 
• Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a skilled team, conducting appraisals and setting goals. 

Skills and experience 

• Experience in truck parts is highly desirable; however, candidates with light vehicle or plant equipment experience are welcome to apply. 
• A hands-on approach with a proven track record in parts sales, inventory management, and customer service.  
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.  
• Self-starter who is punctual, hardworking, and adaptable.  
• Ability to travel for training and stay updated with industry developments.
