Truck Parts Supervisor – Dandenong South, VIC

• $80,000 + Super & Company Vehicle

About the role
You will work closely with the Parts Manager; you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Parts Department to ensure a smooth flow of parts and services for our Client.

Duties

• Support parts sales and comprehensively interpret all parts manuals/catalogues
• Procure parts from suppliers to fulfill parts order requirements
• Ensure the accurate recording and processing of orders and quotations for parts in the company system
• Ensure timely dispatch of all parts orders
• Manage any customer complaints fairly and promptly and inform the Parts Manager where necessary.
• Maintain sound working relationships with customers
• Practice and promote company WHS policies and processes at all times

Skills and experience

• Experience in the Heavy Vehicle Industry Essential
• Experience in Truck Parts Interpreting 3+ Years
• Previous experience in leadership role desirable
• Sound verbal & written communication skills
• Time management skills
• Ability to work autonomously
