Truck Parts Supervisor – Dandenong South, VIC
- $80,000 + Super & Company Vehicle

About the role
You will work closely with the Parts Manager; you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Parts Department to ensure a smooth flow of parts and services for our Client.
Duties
- Support parts sales and comprehensively interpret all parts manuals/catalogues
- Procure parts from suppliers to fulfill parts order requirements
- Ensure the accurate recording and processing of orders and quotations for parts in the company system
- Ensure timely dispatch of all parts orders
- Manage any customer complaints fairly and promptly and inform the Parts Manager where necessary.
- Maintain sound working relationships with customers
- Practice and promote company WHS policies and processes at all times
Skills and experience
- Experience in the Heavy Vehicle Industry Essential
- Experience in Truck Parts Interpreting 3+ Years
- Previous experience in leadership role desirable
- Sound verbal & written communication skills
- Time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously
