About the role
Are you a skilled Light Vehicle Mechanic ready to step up your game? This role offers the perfect 50/50 split between hands-on mechanical work and supervising the team. You’ll report to the Service Manager and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Duties
- Hands-on supervisor
- Strong mechanical knowledge, someone who can pull out gearbox and overhaul it
- Dealing a lot with retail mechanical repairs
- Communicate well with mechanics
- Liaising with manufacturers and suppliers
Skills and experience
- Light vehicle qualification essential
- Experience working in split role already or can work in the capacity
- Mentoring apprentices
- Ability to liaise with manufacturers on technical reports – computer savvy
- Strong work ethic
- Fast paced mentality
- Pink Slip nice to have – willing to support someone to get Pink Slip ticket course once up and running
- AC License a bonus
- Accessories experience would be a nice bonus
