About the role
Are you an experienced Parts Manager looking for a leadership role? We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Parts Manager to take charge of our Queanbeyan branch. You’ll lead a motivated team while driving parts sales, enhancing customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and guide the Parts sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Manage and monitor the parts inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels.
  • Oversee parts sales revenue, margin, and expense performance.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service at every step of the buying process.
  • Identify and implement marketing strategies to drive new business and increase revenue.
  • Provide detailed reports on department performance and explore new opportunities for growth.
  • Continuously train, develop, and inspire your team to deliver outstanding results.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Industry Experience: Prior experience as a Parts Manager, ideally within the trucking or heavy machinery sector.
  • Customer-Centric: Strong customer service skills with a focus on building rapport and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Leadership: Ability to manage, train, and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: Competent with computers and business software, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem Solver: Sharp attention to detail with a knack for identifying issues and implementing effective solutions
