About the role 
Just Automotive Recruitment is searching for an experienced Warehouse Storeperson to join a growing team in Thornleigh, taking ownership of warehouse operations and ensuring accurate organisation and picking of automotive parts and 4×4 accessories. 
  
Duties 

• Receive, inspect and organise incoming stock, ensuring items are accurate and in good condition.  
• Pick, pack and prepare 4×4 accessories for workshop fitments, retail customers, and trade clients. 
• Maintain accurate stock records, including inventory updates, cycle counts, and stock movements. 
• Process customer and workshop orders, providing product information as required. 
• Work closely with the workshop team to ensure parts and accessories are ready for scheduled jobs. 
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised warehouse and work environment.  
• Perform general warehouse duties including loading/unloading deliveries and supporting team operations. 

Skills and experience  

• Genuine interest or passion for 4WD, off-road vehicles, and accessories.  
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills — able to coordinate effectively with sales, workshop, and trade customers. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.  
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot stock or order discrepancies.  
• Organisational skills to maintain a tidy, safe, and efficient warehouse.  
• Experience with order processing, picking/packing, and dispatch in a warehouse environment. 
• Attention to health and safety procedures, including proper handling of heavy equipment and hazardous materials.  
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, such as urgent workshop orders or last-minute deliveries.  
• Previous exposure to automotive software or warehouse management systems is highly desirable. 
• Driver’s licence may be required if moving stock between locations or delivering items.  
• Forklift License highly regarded
