About the role
Based in Botany, this Auto Electrician role offers $60/hour and steady Monday-Friday hours. Responsibilities include diagnosing and installing electrical systems, reading wiring documents, and operating diagnostic equipment. A trade qualification is required, and experience with heavy vehicle fit-outs is a plus.
Duties
- Electrical repairs and diagnostics
- Electrical fit-out of trucks and trailers
- Understanding of electric and electronic systems
- Reading and following wiring diagrams
- Promote and maintain a safe, clean and compliant work environment
- Relevant trade qualification as an Auto Electrician
- Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Ability to follow job specifications, wiring documents and install electrical systems
- Technical competence and mechanical aptitude
- Knowledge of fundamentals of electrical wiring
- Experience with heavy vehicle fit outs preferred
- Great Pay – Earn $60/hour with steady Monday-Friday hours.
