About the role
This role is an integral part of the workshop operation. Your role is to support a growing team of mechanics with parts for repairs being completed alongside two other parts interpreters
Duties
- Back counter role dealing with workshop
- Assist mechanics in selecting and ordering the correct spare parts for their trucks.
- Provide accurate pricing and availability information for parts.
- Manage and organize inventory levels in small stores room.
- Process orders efficiently and accurately, prioritizing urgent requests.
- Collaborate closely with the service team to have parts delivered in a timely manner
- Must hold previous experience as a Truck Spare Parts Interpreter
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in computer systems and inventory management software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Heavy vehicle parts interpreting experience is essential.
- Monday – Friday + rostered Saturday
