Are you passionate about the automotive industry? Our client is a well-established, privately owned company specializing in top-tier automotive finishes and coatings. We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Account Manager to join our Client in Brendale.
About the role
As an experienced and passionate Account Manager with a background in automotive refinishing and coatings, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding presence in this specialised market. Your expertise in this field will be instrumental in building and nurturing strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and product support.
Duties
- Manage key accounts within an existing customer base
- Provide regular support and comprehensive product training
- Expand product offerings with each customer
- Drive business development in the Brisbane, QLD region
- Contribute to marketing strategies and initiatives
- Play a key role in the introduction of new products
- Regional travel as required
Skills and experience
- Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, or a related field
- Trade qualifications in Automotive Spray Painting or Panel Beating with hands-on experience (preferred, but not essential)
- Proven experience in Business Development and Account Management
- Exceptional communication skills
- Adaptable, flexible, and collaborative
- Leadership experience with 2+ years in team management
- Highly organised and practical approach
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently within your region
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Valid Driver’s Licence with a clean record
