About the role
Just Automotive Recruitment is searching for an experienced Branch Manager to lead daily branch operations, drive team performance, and deliver outstanding customer service in Toongabbie, NSW.
Duties
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional customer service.
- Lead, mentor, and support the sales, warehouse, distribution, and office teams.
- Manage staff rostering, task allocation, and operational issues to maximise branch productivity.
- Support internal sales processes, including quotes, enquiries, invoicing, and branch administration.
- Monitor branch performance, identify improvement opportunities, and maintain efficient operations.
Skills and experience
- Previous experience in a Branch Manager, Operations Manager, or Senior Parts leadership role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Experience within automotive, truck, industrial, or related parts industries is highly regarded.
- Sound parts interpretation skills and confidence using computer-based systems.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
