About the role
Just Automotive Recruitment is searching for an experienced Business Manager to lead a high-performing collision repair centre in Phillip, driving operational excellence, team performance, and business success. Specific industry experience is not essential to be considered; we are looking for candidates with a proven ability to head up a service led business, drive profitability and instil process into the team.
Duties
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the collision repair centre.
- Drive productivity, efficiency, profitability, and overall site performance.
- Coach, mentor, and develop a team of 30–40 employees while managing performance.
- Implement and maintain operational processes, safety standards, and quality outcomes.
- Work closely with Production Managers, Estimators, and Quality Control teams to achieve business objectives.
Skills and experience
- Proven leadership experience managing large teams in an operational environment.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to improve productivity and financial performance.
- Excellent people management, coaching, and performance management skills.
- Experience implementing processes, planning workloads, and driving operational improvements.
- Automotive, collision repair, manufacturing, or similar operational management experience highly regarded.
