About the role 
Just Automotive Recruitment is searching for an experienced Centre Manager to lead a high-performing collision repair centre in Albury, driving operational excellence, team performance, and business success. 
  
Duties 

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the collision repair centre.  
• Drive productivity, efficiency, profitability, and overall site performance.  
• Coach, mentor, and develop a team of 30–40 employees while managing performance.  
• Implement and maintain operational processes, safety standards, and quality outcomes.  
• Work closely with Production Managers, Estimators, and Quality Control teams to achieve business objectives. 

Skills and experience 

• Proven leadership experience managing large teams in an operational environment.  
• Strong business acumen with the ability to improve productivity and financial performance.  
• Excellent people management, coaching, and performance management skills.  
• Experience implementing processes, planning workloads, and driving operational improvements.  
• Automotive, collision repair, manufacturing, or similar operational management experience highly regarded.

• Competitive salary package of $125K–$170K + quarterly bonuses

• Mon – Fri role with consistent daytime hours (8am–5pm or 7am–4pm, site dependent).
