About the role 
Just Automotive Recruitment is searching for a Commercial Vehicle Mechanic to join a busy workshop in Shepparton, VIC, carrying out servicing, repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance on a diverse range of commercial vehicles. 
  
Duties 

• Perform scheduled servicing, maintenance, and repairs on heavy commercial vehicles.  
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults using modern diagnostic equipment.  
• Carry out repairs across a variety of truck brands to manufacturer standards.  
• Work collaboratively with the workshop team to deliver quality workmanship and efficient turnaround times.  
• Participate in the rotating on-call breakdown roster and provide after-hours support when required. 

Skills and experience 

• Trade qualification as a Heavy Diesel or Commercial Vehicle Mechanic.  
• Proven experience servicing and repairing trucks and heavy vehicles.  
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills, with electrical diagnostics experience highly regarded 
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a positive team environment.  
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
