About the role  
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be responsible for managing key tasks, handling customer inquiries, and supporting operational processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for delivering high-quality service. Duties 

  • Make outbound calls for customer satisfaction—70% of the role. 
  • Great fit for ex-service advisors or those with customer service chops. 
  • Comfortable using technical terms and updating customer cases. 
  • Work with telematics and CRM tools to manage data and support. 
  • Pull and interpret basic to intermediate Excel reports. 
  • Confident on the phone and quick to resolve customer issues. 
  • Automotive or dealership knowledge is a plus. 
  • Hybrid setup—2 days WFH, office required Mondays & Wednesdays. 
  • May assist with warranty cases if capable. 

Skills and experience 

  • Customer service experience, ideally in automotive 
  • Service advisor background is a strong plus 
  • Comfortable with technical terms 
  • Clear, confident phone communication 
  • Skilled in handling complaints calmly 
  • CRM and case management experience 
  • Basic to intermediate Excel skills 
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven 
  • Quick to learn new tools and systems 
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and team-friendly
